Refund for Dissatisfaction:

If you're not satisfied with the product or experience allergic reactions, you can choose to refund only the product cost, excluding shipping fees. We will refund the amount you paid for the product, but shipping fees will not be refunded.

Full Refund for Lost Packages:

If your order is lost, we will provide a full refund, including product cost and shipping fees. We will work with the logistics service provider to resolve the issue and ensure you receive full compensation.
